I thought perhaps I was the only one that took offence to the condescending, rude and arrogant way the owner Florindo speaks to customers but seems this is his standard practice. I have tried to book tickets with him on two occasions and both times he has been extremely rude. First time I wanted to get tix to Neil diamond for my elderly parents. He made me feel like a cheapskate when I explained I didn’t want tix on the floor as my parents wouldn’t be able to stand up all night. I would’ve been happy paying more for seated tix so they’d enjoy the night, it wasn’t about the money. He complained under his breath and demanded my credit card number. There was no further contact thereafter even to notify me the concert was cancelled. The second time I sent an email enquiring about 5 tickets to the rare production of Shen Yun. I clearly noted the date, time & venue. I heard nothing from them for a week so called. I spoke with a woman in the office, I explained again that I was after tix for my family and confirmed the date I was interested in. She called 3 days later & left me a message stating the event was running 2 weeks later. She was telling me dates for the Perth performances, not Melbourne! Two follow up phone calls and two weeks later I finally spoke with Florindo. He told me he could get great tix but they were double what I wanted to spend. He then asked me what I wanted to spend per ticket and advised me they’d be much further away. I said fine, I understood and he said he would see what he could do for my budget. Another 5 days later (the day before the event) I called to see what tickets he got me & how to pick them up. He then said to me “I don’t sell crap tickets. You aren’t prepared to spend the money so bad luck” I was furious, if only I’d bought the tickets directly with the theatre the day I first emailed them, we would’ve had great seats at the right price. ETP are disgusting to deal with and have no understanding of customer service!
I have been purchasing tickets for over 10 years and have never had a problem, always good seats. Last year i put my name down for both Pink and Katie Perry tickets and hassled him and each time was told you will get them. Well Katie Perry came around and i got nothing. Lucky i was lucky enough to look for tickets one day and found my own, so i didn't miss out. As for Pink they called me a couple of days before a couple of dates with tickets and of course people have plans and I couldn't go. He has no care about whether you miss out or no.. Has become very money hungry and over promises for tickets he cant produce, never will i recommend or purchase from him again...
