I would have given Gerry zero stars, but the system would not let me. I booked Gerry to do some minor carpentry and plastering, and to install some flat pack wardrobes. On the Monday he was supposed to arrive, he had car troubles, said he couldn't make it until Thursday. Thursday arrived, no Gerry. Would not answer the phone, or answer my messages. I rang him on my daughter's mobile, and he rang back that number (she didn't pick up in time), but would not ring me on my number. We had booked a skip for the week for the rubbish, as Gerry said he didn't take it away, and this $200 was completely blown when Gerry did not turn up as promised. I don't know if he was scared after the fact on the scope of this job, but I found Gerry to be totally unreliable and unprofessional.
