This was one of the worst places Iv had my hair coloured at, I asked for a full colour and regrowth told them I wanted to stay close to the colour I already was (blondy light brown colour) and also that I didn't want any gold or redish colours, The result not only didn't the colour take but the rest of my hair was like a goldish blondy brown, so now 11 days later and my hair needs recolouring as the regrowth has almost washed out after just 2 washes?? Also when she put the colour through to the rest of my hair I asked her how long it had to stay and she said 30 minutes, but after that she only left if for 15mins?? and expected me to pay $84 for this stuff up KG
