Ring the number and a robot comes on saying 'connecting you to an emergency number' and then hangs up. Datawatch also own number 1800815210 which phoned me with a scam, saying my NBN and telstra phone were going to be disconnected tomorrow. This indian called even gave me the name of Jenny Parker and a telstra ID. I asked for her number to call her back and she gave the 1800 number. It is disconnected. Funny that !!! I then rang the REAL NBN who told me my NBN and phone are fine. Please warn your elderly. This 1800 call initially came in as a robotic one saying 'This is a call from the NBN and there have been faults detected. Your NBN and your telstra phone will be disconnected tomorrow. To speak with a technical assistant please press 1" then you go to an indian sounding person. When I challenged her about the scam she remained composed and reassured me it wasn't. HOWEVER, I have a list of numbers near my phone and the one she gave me is NOT the NBN. NBN and telstra also confirmed this was a scam.
