Head groomer jenny very rude ,will try to tell you how to look after your dog .very arrogant and unprofessional lacking communication skills.On arrival with my dog ,I wasn't expecting so many dogs just roaming around under their feet as they attended to other dogs,when I asked her,do you not have kennels to put the dogs in ,she replied very rudely,yes does youre dog not get along with other dogs ,I replied ,yes he does ,but he has had his needles .they didn't even ask did my dog have any medical conditions ,I was the one that had to let them know.never never again will I ever return to this terrible unprofessional buissness pet barn at oxenford.they don't care about the customer service .Ive herd best friends Helensvale are great and very professional , just a little more in money ,but oh worth it,and they actually love their jobs and the animals.obviously management don't care either .I WILL GLADLY GIVE BEST FRIENDS HELENSVALE MY MONEY AND GLADLY PAY MORE.GOODBYE PETBARN OXENFORD FOREVER.
