They do not even deserve a one star. They are the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and unaccountable organisation I have ever dealt with - and I mean EVER. I have been trying to get answers to my questions from the Division Manager at Sydney, but have so far had far from satisfactory responses. They are washing their hands of every question I ask. They take NO accountability for their actions, and are completely unprofessional. My next course of action is to contact all owners of our building in Strathfield, and have Civium removed as "so called" strata managers. I wonder if anyone at Civium actually reads these reviews and sees a common thread of a lot of unhappy customers. Do they do anything about these reviews, or just ignore them and hope they go away? If that was my business, I would certainly want to know what is going on - and fix the problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - KEEP AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.
