DO NOT USE this Courier Company. After watching one of their drivers drive the wrong way on a round-a-bout seemingly to take a short cut because he was in a hurry, I shook my head at him when stopped at a set of traffic lights. This sent the driver into a flying rage to which he proceeded to yell abuse, spit on my car, swerve to try and ram my car and brake suddenly in front of me - all while being watch by other motorists in peak hour traffic. I changed my number plates for fear he would hunt me down. After speaking with the company they advised that this particular driver must have been having a bad day because it was so out of character for him. They would speak to him about the incident. Ironically they called the company I work for a week later, chasing business to which I told them that I was the person that had spoke to them a week earlier about a road rage incident. They apologised profusely which I found to be fake purely because they now wanted our business. I told them to stop calling however they keep persisting. Their response and reactions were not good enough. To have a psychotic driver on the road is not a good business decision and I highly doubt that I was the first person that he terrorised. As a person who works for a company that uses local courier services and was actually looking to possibly try someone new I will never use this company. I would rather drive deliveries to my customers myself then choose this company.
