About Caring Conversations Counselling - Specialising in Youth Counselling

At caring conversations counselling we offer a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy. We focus on talk-based therapy techniques to strengthen the connection with our clients.

Our Counsellers are registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

We aim to empower people to improve their emotional wellbeing, increase quality of life and cope with difficulties that we all face at some point in our lives.

Our journey began working with the Youth of Sydney, and over a 10 year period we gained the vital experience and expertise to specialise in Youth Counselling.

Youth Counselling

We specialise in increasing self-awareness, through our talk-based therapy and draw on ten years’ worth of experience as youth workers to focus our attention on youth services.

When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.

There are no judgments when you reach out to our qualified staff. We take an empathetic and caring approach with all our interactions.
