I feel much regret for choosing Ben Buntha Nhem to do my accounting. All activity statements overdue, My income tax bills went into default placing a mark on my credit file because he didn't manage the papers or even open them for months! He then dropped all correspondences to my house and left them in the rain, then he changed the address so they all be sent to me -I had to manage all the accounting papers that I paid him to manage. He charges an excessive $2000 for each lodgement -overpriced for the extremely poor and unreliable services. When I questioned or complained about anything, he began insulting and harassing me via text (cannot believe how unprofessional and rude he wasn't afraid to be) and still expected me to do business with him as usual. Months later I left and he said "go away" and tried to make my transition to my new accountant difficult. Really would not recommend this accountant. Very rude and arrogant. He couldnt demonstrate basic accountant skills and responsibilities let alone strategic or entrepreneur skills. Absolutely shocking experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. (harassing messages were sent from his business number!)
