BayWellbeing is a counselling psychology practice in Ramsgate.
We care deeply about our clients battles and thrive on assisting each and every client to make positive changes. We offer a range of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT informed) delivered in humanistic / attachment theory and trauma-informed manner.We are ready and available to help you with whatever issue you are dealing with.
Our psychologists and counsellors have many years experience working with people like you, suffering anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues and workplace stress including bullying.
We provide counselling & treatment to adults, children and couples.
Face to face and Telehealth (online) sessions are available
