I was dealing with Vicki Kenna. After she received my payment and the pool started leaking again she didn't want to know me. Vicki has to be one of the worst customer service persons I have ever met and I am surprised the company survives with her at the helm. Needless to say, I cut my losses and had my pool repaired properly from somebody else.
