Australian Boxes and Cases specialise in manufacturing a range of custom-created timber packaging products such as wooden crates and pine pallets servicing the Perth area. We are widely acknowledged and highly acclaimed for our experience in designing products in accordance to the needs and specifications of our valued customers.

Our delivery service via our eight tonne delivery vehicles means what the customer orders always arrives exactly as it should be. We take great care with all goods that come through our factory and offer packing of goods into the crates or cases of our customers’ choice at our Maddington site.

Our packing meets international standards (ISPM 15 complaint packaging) for solid wood packaging, meaning no matter where your goods are going, they’ll remain secure in their case or crate. Where extra protection is needed for a delicate product, we can offer a range of options.

Where the item needs to be kept still our team can talk you through the strapping options available. Alternatively, some goods may benefit from lining within the crate or box. We offer lining options such as plastic or silicon craft paper to ensure your goods make it to their destination in perfect condition. If you’re concerned about protecting your product during transit, let us know and we can help you find the perfect solution.

We know that different businesses have different needs and a wide variety of spaces that will impact how they want to receive their product. For this reason, we offer several forms of delivery via fully erected, front or lid loose or knockdown flat pack form. No matter which option suits your business best, our friendly team is sure to be able to accommodate. We’re happy to chat to you about all your options and ensure you’re getting the very best service for your business.

As well as being customisable in size, we can provide fixings to your specifications. Both internal and external fixings can be provided, depending on what you need. For example, tie down points or external strapping may be what you need on some occasions, but where items are looser inside a crate, an internal fixing would be a better method. Even with these customisations and variables, we still keep a high level of attention to detail and are able to ensure that your product meets the requirements of ISPM 15 compliant packaging.

We also offer all our customers stencilling of products, to ensure they’re getting exactly what they want.
