We had the company come in to do the pest control for us. We did not ask the tech for the actual ingredient that was used for both internal and external spray. Therefore, I've called the head office to clarify. The guy over phone was very rude when the question was asked. He kept mentioning it's a natural ingredients and you should have asked the technician. He then mentioned that it's permethrin were used both indoor and outdoor. As he's so reluctant to explain more but provide misleading info, i requested him to send me the info and he replied angrily no he wouldn't email me any information. He also mentioned that it's hydrocarbon (doesn't mean anything) and the reason why they used a mask when applying the spray outside due to the difference in solvent used. He was bluffing me over the phone which I'm very not happy about and unprofessional. It turns out that the ingredient used for indoor is Deltametherin and outdoor is Bifenthrin. I can actually complaint to the government due to his reluctant to provide information and incorrect information is provided. Do not use this company. Very dodgy and unprofessional. You don't need to be treated like this as their service cost couple of hundred dollars.
