Although they have an email address, they have not used it to contact me. My landline 'phone is out of order, I do not have "mobile" (I am housebound and bedridden so have no need for a mobile). I am disabled; - permanently on crutches, which they are aware of. They "tried to 'phone me" while I waited 4 weeks for them to give me a date for to repairs, but did not do so for 4 weeks and only when I called THEM!. Even though I told them that my landline was not working and provided them with my email address, they did not attempt to email me when they "tried to return" my many calls. It has taken NEARLY 6 WEEKS FOR THEM TO ASK ME TO BRING MY CAR IN. They said that they tried to ring me, but "my phone rang through." This means that they (a) tried ringing and got a defective connection, or (b) they hung up before my voicemail message was triggered, or (c) they did not actually ring at all. Emailing me was not attempted, , even though I had patiently explained to them that this would be the most reliable way. Now, despite my car being at their workshop, they now tell me that the expected date of repair has been "postponed". I get the impression that they are not really interested.
