Nick got the day of a scheduled fans installation wrong and rudely argued the point with me whilst sitting outside my house. Had to rebook for a different day as he "is booked out on Thursday which is why I wouldn't have booked you for Thursday", and that if it is in his diary for today, it's today. Advised him to refer to his text messages rather than his diary and he failed to reply, let alone apologise. Only rated I'm a star because it was required in order to write a review. Don't waste your time with him.
