I had my Pomeranian clipped by ASAP MOBILE DOG GROOMING. She asked to clip him a bit shorter as his coat was uneven which I agreed too. When she was done with him he was SHAVED from HEAD TO TOE. She even cut his whiskers!! She cut him so short I could see his little toes. Prior to this Toby had a beautiful thick coat. 9 months later and he has post clipping alopecia. Parts of his fur have remained short and I now have to have him clipped appropriately so that he doesn't look patchy. I finally worked up the guts to contact this woman and she took no responsibility. She claimed that I approved him to be 'clipped for summer'. I am heartbroken. I have told this woman what she has done and she could not care less. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER!!!!!!
