Very disappointed they wouldn't offer a refund. I purchased a chain necklace for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately it wasn't what she wanted so we took it back. We searched the store for something else but in the end they didn't have anything she wanted. I asked for a refund so I could buy a gift elsewhere but I was told their shop policy is 'No Refund' credits only. Have a heart, it's her actual birthday today. A commonsense waiver in lieu of good customer relations would have gone a long way. No such luck. Very disappointed I purchased here and more disappointed for my wife.
