Poor service, the Agent who manages our property is non-responsive, even after being prompted and reminded. Only respond when you cc other agents 10 days after initial email and then gets angry at being called out. Poorly holds meetings and notes poorly reflect what was discussed, seems forgetful. Generally the company seems dated in its approach to whats needed today in managing properties, I have never felt we are being cared for, I'd go elsewhere if looking for a GOOD responsive agency.
