We are a team of one remedial massage therapist and 3 Myotherapists with over 10 years of experience.
We offer a hands-on therapy that mainly focuses on muscular pain and soft tissue injuries. We have a strong focus on assessment and treatment and provide the most evidence-based therapeutic functional movement assessment and rehabilitation out there for any musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain. This involves the extensive evaluation of any affected muscles, joints and nerves. We spend a lot of time doing hands-on hard work loosening up the muscle spasms.
Treatments can include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports injury therapy and deep tissue massage.
