Our psychologists and counsellors have many years experience counselling people and have helped those suffering anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues and workplace stress including bullying.

We care deeply about our clients battles and thrive on assisting each and every client to make positive changes. We offer a range of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT informed) delivered in humanistic / attachment theory and trauma-informed manner.
