About Biviano's Italian Restaurant
Biviano’s is an Italian and Seafood Restaurant located in the heart of Windsor NSW in an (1840) heritage building, which was first erected as a merchants cottage and is believed, for most of the buildings later life, was used as a doctors house.
Anthony Biviano has been cooking full time since the age of 16, coming from a strong family background in the restaurant industry.
Kylie and Anthony met while Kylie undertook her chefs’ apprenticeship working for Anthony’s father at his restaurant in western Sydney.
In 2004, Anthony and Kylie together, undertook the huge task of refurbishing the old historical building and turning it into the very successful restaurant and business it is today.
Anthony and Kylie married in 2006 and in 2008 celebrated the arrival of their first child, Jamie.
Opening Hours
Dinner: Tuesday – Sunday (5:30pm till late)
Lunch: Wednesday – Sunday (12pm – 3pm)
